Client Company will register with JAZ in order to start & taking the services.
Client company will get a secure ID/CODE assigned by the JAZ.
Client company will use an ONLINE PASSENER HANDLING SYSTEM to create request, follow ups, tracking, transactions etc. no request will be acceptable without the system or from any other source.
All deals & terms between the both parties will remain confidential & secure. You also agree to be careful with the services & Information and to only disclose it within your company to employees with a "need to know" who are instructed and agree not to disclose the information and not to use the information for any purpose not permitted.
All payments & transactions will be made by the client/company to precede the SERVICE REQUEST in order to assign & activate the JAZ TEAM.
Payment will be acceptable by the given account details or payment methods in the legal/official contact.
In case of cancellation of any service request, client company will send an official letter online. In order to process the cancellation the request will be acceptable before 48 hours of flight arrival, otherwise JAZ COMPANY can deduct the 10% of the total amount if the cancellation request is made during 48 hours of the flight
In case of any passenger or flight for emergency arrival or departure will be chargeable @15 US$ PER PASSENGER.
In case of any other extra or additional services (out of the package) requested by the passengers will be chargeable accordingly.
Client company will enter the review properly the PASSENGER REQUEST SERIVCE FORM details before sending to JAZ. .
Client Company will keep all the CODE & ONLINE SYSTEM ACCESS secure to avoid or misuse by anyone..
Client company can sign an official contract with JAZ to secure for the data & information, and provide the support, which will have an annual fees.
